Our Automation department has an immediate vacancy for an

Electronics engineer for automation technology (m/f/other)

Your tasks:

• Establishing, changing and expanding complex automation set-ups, such as electrical drive, sensor and operating systems as well as networks on our manufacturing and injection moulding machines and machine tools
• Assembling and installing components in the switch cabinet and control technology
• Servicing, repairing, maintaining and optimising (troubleshooting) our manufacturing machines and sterilisation facilities
• Calibration and validation of sensor technology at our sterilisation facility as well creation of the associated documentation and certificates
• Supporting configuration and programming software for PLC (programmable logic controller), bus systems, networks and device components in compliance with standards, directives and national/international regulations

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in the electronic field, e.g. as an electronics technician, automation technician, mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Knowledge and skills in the installation of electrical components
• Knowledge of PLC programming and in the use of standard bus systems
• Knowledge of calibration and validation
• Knowledge of machinery directives
• Knowledge of the structure and function of machine and plant control systems
• Knowledge in the field of drive technology, image processing or robotics
• Good spoken and written German and English as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Independent, self-reliant approach to tasks, good teamwork skills and reliability
