Our Automation department has an immediate vacancy for a

PLC Programmer (m/f/other) - (Senior) Technician (electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology)

PLC Programmer (m/f/other)

Your tasks:

• Programming control applications and visualisations using PC- and PLC-based control technology
• Developing program concepts on our special machines
• Commissioning special machines in our production facility in Lensahn
• Creating program documentation
• Service, repair and optimisation (troubleshooting) of our manufacturing machines at our production and sterilisation facilities
• Calibration and validation of sensor technology at our sterilisation facility as well creation of the associated documentation and certificates
• Compliance with standards, directives and national/international regulations
• Risk assessment according to machinery directives, applying relevant standards

Your qualifications:

• Technical vocational qualification with further training as a (senior) technician, ideally in the fields of electronics, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable qualification (in each case m/f/other)
• Alternatively, a degree in electrical engineering
• Knowledge of PLC programming and the use of standard bus systems is desirable
• Knowledge of calibration and validation is desirable
• Knowledge of machinery directives
• Knowledge of the structure and function of machine and plant control systems
• Knowledge in the field of drive technology, image processing or robotics is an advantage
• English and Microsoft Office skills are desirable
• Independent, self-reliant approach to tasks plus good teamworking skills and reliability
