Connectivity supports data transfer to Hospital Information System
All CODAN pumps support the data transfer (according to international standards) of electronic health information to a centralized Hospital Information System (HIS) using the global Health Level 7 (HL7) standard and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) profiles via Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Customised medication database (MED DB)
A customized medication database (MED DB) functionality is optionally available for both the syringe and volumetric pumps.

  • Selection of pre-defined therapies: basic, rate only or dose-calculation
  • Set limits, pressure-levels or bolus settings per drug
  • Up to 256 drugs possible, programmed individually for each health care unit

CODAN docking stations
CODAN docking stations allow compact and easy stacking of CODAN volumetric infusion pumps and syringe pumps. The docking stations are available for up to 6 pumps and are mountable to infusion stands and rails with combination clips.
